Tiffany M. Boyle is a keynote speaker, leadership strategist, and creator of the LEAP Framework: Learn, Execute, Adapt, Persevere. As the first African American woman elected Commissioner of the Revenue in Newport News, Virginia, she leads a team of 40+ and a $2.8 million budget. She is CEO of Emerge Initiatives, author of the LEAP Guidebook, a Harvard Kennedy School alumna, and one of NewsNation’s 125 Remarkable Women of 2025.
